Annex C– U.S. Data Subject Disclosures

Part I – For Residents of the United States (Excluding California) This section applies only to individuals residing in the United States, excluding California, and supplements the main Privacy Notice. In some cases, it replaces specific parts of that notice.

Your Data Privacy Rights

As a U.S. resident outside California, you may be entitled to the following rights, subject to applicable state laws:

  • Right to Opt-Out of Certain Data Uses
    In some cases, you may have the right to opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes such as:
    • Personalized or targeted advertising

    • Automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects

To process your request, we may need to verify your identity. Please be aware of the following:

  • You may be limited to a certain number of requests per year
  • Some requests may be declined if exceptions apply
  • You will not face discrimination for exercising your rights

Using an Authorized Agent

If you’d like someone to act on your behalf, we may require one or more of the following:

  • A signed authorization letter
  • Verification of both identities (yours and the agent’s)
  • A valid legal power of attorney as per California law

Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers allow users to send a “Do Not Track” request. Currently, MinyGlam Inc. does not respond to these signals unless required by local laws.
