Return Policy
At Minyglam Inc, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.and should reach our warehouse within 30 days.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used nail polishes and beauty products cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on the following:
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards or promotional items
Customized or special-order products
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
4. Return Process
Email our support team at mailto:sales@minyglamshop.ca with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you’d like an exchange, please contact our support team.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.
