This Annex applies specifically to individuals residing in Canada and supplements the main Privacy Notice. In certain instances, it may replace relevant sections of that notice, as outlined below.

If you are a resident of Canada, any reference to “personal data” in this Privacy Notice should be understood as “personal information” under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) or applicable provincial privacy laws.
MinyGlam Inc. collects, uses, and discloses your personal information based on your consent, as required by Canadian privacy regulations. Where this Privacy Notice refers to legal bases other than consent, such references do not apply to Canadian residents if inconsistent with local law.
Transfer of Personal Information Outside Canada
If you reside in Canada and would like information about the MinyGlam Inc. entities or third-party service providers (including those located outside Canada) with whom we may share your personal information, please contact us using the details found in the “Who can I contact about data privacy?” section of this Privacy Notice.
Minimum Age Requirement for Website Use
If you are a resident of Quebec, you must be at least 14 years old to use MinyGlam Websites. Individuals under the age of 14 are considered minors under Quebec law. Accordingly, any references to minimum age in this Privacy Notice should be interpreted to reflect this requirement for Quebec residents.
